We usually buy everything for a complete meal for the two of us and my sister. This time, I already had Panang shrimp curry and rice, so only needed vegetables to complete the dish. The stirfry eggplant with basil, onion, and bell pepper was absolutely perfect. We garnished our dish with fried spinach. Hong Mere is our go-to!

Peanut butter dumplings were 7.5 on 10
Won ton soup was 8 on 10
Spicy chicken in pepper sauce was 5.5 on 10, too salty
Braised porc was 7.5 on 10
Beef was too sweet, 7 on 10

Sad to say this order was below the usual quality of Hong Mere.

Still tasty but the pineapple chicken had very little chicken.
The chicken pad Thai was stuck in a brick of noodles.
We had to wipe salt off of the calimari and shrimps.
